WILMINGTON, North Carolina – Players from seven different schools will join the UNCW men's tennis team for the 2021 Jersey Mike's Porters Neck UNCW College Tennis Tournament this weekend at Porters Neck Country Club.
The tournament, scheduled for Sept. 17-19, 2021, is free to the public. In addition to UNCW, other schools with participating players include Barton, East Tennessee State, James Madison, Liberty, Mercer, Tennessee Tech and UT-Chattanooga.
"We're very excited to partner again with Porters Neck Country Club and their amazing tennis community," said Mait DuBois, UNCW's head men's tennis coach. "They always help us put on a first-class event and the fan following is always excellent. Because of their generosity, it also serves as a fundraiser for our program and goes a long way in supporting our student-athletes and helping us build a very special program here. We look forward to a great event with some really exceptional tennis."

All proceeds from the tournament benefit the UNCW men's tennis program.
