How to Get Gardevoir in Pokémon BDSP | Screen Rant - Screen Rant

There are many Pokémon to catch, evolve, and level up in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl including Gardevoir, but players will need to make sure they meet the requirements to evolve it from Kirlia. There are two forms that Kirlia can evolve into, Gardevoir or Gallade, depending on the gender and the held item. Obtaining a Gardevoir means finding a Ralts or Kirlia that can evolve into it.

Gardevoir is a well-balanced Fairy-Psychic Pokémon that can become very powerful if taught the right moves and leveled up. Players can quickly level the Pokémon by using Gardevoir in battles frequently and having her hold a Lucky Egg. In order to acquire a Gardevoir, players will first need to find and catch a female Ralts or Kirlia.

Both Ralts and Kirlia can be found in the Grand Underground in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. However, Kirlia will only appear in the Dazzling Cave and players will need to unlock the National Pokédex before Kirlia will spawn. The National Pokédex can be unlocked by completing the Sinnoh Pokédex. Luckily, players don't need to catch every Pokémon, they just need to see them. For those that don't want to wait to unlock the National Pokédex, Gardevoir can be obtained by catching a female Ralts.

Ralts and Kirlia both spawn in the Dazzling Cave in the Grand Underground. Ralts will also appear in the Fountainspring Cave and the Stargleam Cavern, but it has a low spawn rate regardless of where players hunt for them. Although Ralts is rare, players can simply walk in and out of any of its spawn points until it appears. To obtain Gardevoir, players will need to find and capture a female Ralts. The gender is indicated in the top right corner of the screen next to the Pokémon's health bar.

After catching Ralts in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl's Grand Underground, players can evolve it into Kirlia at level 20. If a Ralts is caught at a level higher than 20, then it will evolve the next time it levels up. Kirlia will then evolve into a Gardevoir after reaching level 30. Unlike Gallade, who requires a Dawn Stone, there are no additional requirements to evolving Kirlia into Gardevoir; it simply needs to reach level 30 and be a female Pokémon.

Gardevoir can only be obtained through evolution in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Players will need to catch Ralts in a Pokémon Hideaway, or unlock the National Pokédex and catch a Kirlia in the Dazzling Cave. Whichever form players catch, it will need to be female to evolve into Gardevoir. Players can catch or evolve a variety of rare Pokémon in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, including Gardevoir.
