Chevy Chase is okay after experiencing a fall Wednesday night.
The actor, 80, took a tumble at Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, New York, ahead of a talk about his 1989 holiday classic National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
A rep for Chase tells PEOPLE, "He took a fall at the part of the stage that was not lit well but thanks to all his falls on SNL, it was like riding a bike again. Just a little boo-boo. All good."
In video footage shared by TMZ, Chase could be seen emerging onstage in a wheelchair to applause from the crowd, but soon got up onto his feet. He then walked to the front edge of the stage where, shortly after, he fell forward and off the stage.
After he was helped back up onto the stage, the actor and comedian's wife Jayni Chase assisted him to his seat for the conversation.

"Wait wait, my watch is talking to me," Chase told the moderator after taking his seat, going on to joke, "It says, 'I see you've taken a great fall! ... Taken a hard fall.' "
After Jayni helped her husband reconfigure his watch, she joked into her own microphone with a laugh, "Otherwise they might send an ambulance."
While he didn't directly address his post-appearance condition on social media, Chase did reshare videos from the event, including one of the moderator telling him of the fall, "We're gonna be talking about that one for a while!"
Chase is next slated to appear at this year's Christmas Con, which will take place in Edison, New Jersey, from Friday to Sunday.
Back in June, PEOPLE exclusively revealed that the actor would be headlining the festive event, making his first-ever Christmas convention appearance. He will be joined by his Christmas Vacation costars Beverly D'Angelo, Randy Quaid and Juliette Lewis.
The four starred in the comedy classic in which Chase plays patriarch Clark Griswold, who faces a series of unlucky happenstances while trying to have a traditional Christmas with his family that includes wife Ellen (D'Angelo, 72), daughter Audrey (Lewis, 50), son Rusty (Johnny Galecki) and extended relatives like cousin Eddie (Quaid, 73).
Directed by Jeremiah S. Chechik and written by John Hughes, Christmas Vacation also starred Diane Ladd, John Randolph and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
